The BAM Hightech Compact cello case is a full-suspension case, meaning that no part of the cello is in direct contact with the outer shell of the case at any time, and the instrument is held in place with injected, molded foam padding. This case is popular for bringing a balance of lightness and durability: it is constructed of a triple-ply shell, with an Airex skeleton trapped between a film of unbreakable plastic and an outside layer of sleek, metallic ABS (a thermoplastic polymer), making for a highly damage-resistant and rigid structure.
The Hightech Compact is an excellent choice for travel; the interior features an elastic band that allows the endpin to be fixed in place when transported. Sturdy, anti-slip padded backpack straps make it easy to transport your cello however you see fit. The case comes with two bow holders and a small accessory pocket.
