> How do I register for a JS Music Account?

Account registration is fast and easy. Simply click on the "Sign Up" tab on the Top Menu in JS MUSIC Home Page.

Fill in all the details. Click "Create". An email notification will be sent to your successful registration.

> How do I change the information in my account?

To change the information in your account, please log in to your account, choose "View addresses" and you may edit any details in your profile.

> Is my personal information kept private?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please read our "Privacy Policy" in full.

> I've forgotten my password - What should I do?

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.


> How do I make a purchase?
  • Use the DRUM & PERCUSSION, GUITAR & BASS, SYNTH, WOODWIND & BRASS, and ACCESSORIES drop-down links on the top menu in the Home Page. You can also shop by choosing the BRANDS from the menu. Alternatively, you can also search for the item itself in our Search bar at the top right of our site.
  • Once you have found an item, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
  • “Keep Shopping” to continue adding other products into the cart.
  • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'CART' link at the top of the page. Click “CHECK OUT” to proceed your payment for the products.
  • You can proceed "CHECK OUT" by either "Signing in" or "Continue as Guest".
  • Enter and confirm your shipping address, then continue to choose your preferable shipping method.
  • Next, select the payment method.
  • Click “Complete Order” to complete the order.
> What if I can't find an item on the website?

Due to large inventory, we may not be able to publish all items available in store to the webstore online. If you could not find an item you desired, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We are happy to search the product for you.

> Do I need to set up an Account to place an order?

You can shop at JS MUSIC without creating an account. However, once you register with us, you become our JS Music Club members. As a JS Music Club member, and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

> Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the color/finish/model or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to change the order once it has been shipped. If you need to make any amendments, please contact us as soon as possible:

> Can I place an order over the phone / WhatsApp?

Of course! Our friendly salesperson are happy to assist you with placing your order over the phone or WhatsApp.

> What Credit Card do you accept and and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accepts all Visa and MasterCard, both Credit and Debit, and is 3D Secure ( Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information is protected by means of industry - leading encryption standards.

Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.

> What currency does JS MUSIC accept?

Currently we only accept Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). If you pay by credit card, your card provider will convert the amount into your local currencies once payment is successful.

Shipping & Delivery

We use all major carriers like DHL and UPS, and local courier partners like Ninja Van, J&T, and DHL eCommerce. Same Day Delivery also available at certain area with Lalamove or Grab Express. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

> How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 days of being placed. We do our best to expedite all orders. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email notification so you can follow your package all the way to your door. For delivery within Malaysia, arrival of your order can take up to 3-5 days after the items have shipped; however, a typical order usually takes 3 days to be delivered. Delivery in Singapore may take up to 7 days depending on the Custom procedures.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. JS MUSIC cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

> Do you offer same day delivery?

Yes, but same day delivery is only limited to Klang Valley only. Same Day delivery is handled by our own transport team or third party service i.e. lalamove or Grab Express. Please make a note at your order if you want to request for same day delivery.

> How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping on orders over RM300 for delivery in Malaysia and Singapore. Any order under RM300 will be charged a RM10 - RM30 flat fee for shipping and handling, depending on the delivery location. Find more info about shipping on our Shipping page "here".

> How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. You can track it using the link provided. Alternatively, you can also track your package from the "ORDER TRACKING" button on the Top Menu of JS MUSIC Home Page without having to sign in.

> The tracking numbers are not available on the "Order Tracking" page. What should I do?

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

Please Contact Us with your order number if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

> Can you ship to multiple address?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

> What destination does JS MUSIC ship to?

We ship to Malaysia, Singapore and worldwide. However due to distribution agreement, we may not be able to ship some brands out of Malaysia. Kindly contact us by phone or email prior to your purchase to ensure we can ship your items to your address outside Malaysia.

> Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Collect in Store

> Can I collect my order in a store?

Yes ! It is possible to collect the items you have ordered on JS MUSIC in-store. This service is currently only available in JS Music Jalan Imbi showroom. While completing your order, kindly leave a message in the "special instructions" space provided. We shall contact you once your order is ready to be collected from the store.

To collect your order, please introduce yourself to a salesperson when you arrive at the store, along with:

  • the email informing you of the availability of your order (printed out or on the screen of your phone),
  • proof of identification.
> Can a third party collect my order ifrom your store?

Yes, an option for third party pick-up is available if the full name of the individual is given in the "Special Instruction" space during your check out. Please note, a copy of the order confirmation and a valid photo ID will be required at the time of pick-up. The name on the ID must match the name entered on the order for the package to be retrieved.

Return & Exchange

> Can I return or exchange an item?

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the item you purchased is defective. Please read more from our "Returns & Refund" page.
