Same Day Delivery is available for local delivery only, via Grab or Lalamove, from 11am to 5pm daily. You may choose "Local Delivery" option at checkout, or contact us at 013-2122555.
Yes, all drums have a limited warranty period of one year from the date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt as proof of purchase.
We offer free shipping for drumset orders to whole Malaysia. However, please see below shipping methods & transit times under "Free Shipping":
- Klang Valley - Courier or JS Music own truck (sameday or less than 3 days)
- Peninsular M'sia beyond Klang Valley - Courier or trusted Lorry Transport (3 to 5 days)
- East Malaysia & Brunei - Ocean shipping (2 to 3 weeks)
If you prefer a faster transit time, you may choose other shipping method at "Checkout" with additional cost.

The New Yorker's small size also makes it nice for traveling - you can easily fit the entire four-piece shell pack in a hatchback and still have room for hardware.
