3. Pricing & Availability
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include all taxes (where applicable) at the current rates but do not include delivery or other charges. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and will be clearly displayed (where applicable) and included in the 'Total Cost'.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, availability and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. We reserves the right to review and modify the prices of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time your order was confirmed provided the product ordered is available.
If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, or the product is not available after you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or choosing another available product on the Website as substitution for the unavailable product or to cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order, and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
JS MUSIC reserves the right to reject or to cancel your order if the products are not available, are incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described.
4. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of your order and all products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
This Website accepts Visa & MasterCard Credit / Debit Cards, Online Bank Transfer, PayPal and Cash on Delivery (condition applied). Your order will only be shipped once we have verified your payment method and received authorization to process your payment.
i. Credit Card
Credit Card payment option is available for all purchases. We accepts all Visa and MasterCards, both Credit and Debit, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information are protected by means of industry- leading encryption standards.
Please take note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issues card due to Foreign Exchange.
ii. Debit Cards
We accepts all Malaysian Visa and MasterCard debit cards where subject to bank availability. All debit card numbers shall be protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards.
iii. Online Banking
By choosing this payment method, you shall transfer the payment for the products you are buying to JS MUSIC account for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes, fees and shipping costs). The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia. JS MUSIC, in its sole discretion, may refuse this payment option service to anyone or any user without notice for any reason at any time.
For the time being, We accepts online bank transfers from AmBank, Bank Islam, CIMB Bank, Hong Leong, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB.
iv. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (Pay cash upon delivery) is available within the region of Klang Valley against a fee of RM 5 per order. JS MUSIC reserves the right to schedule the delivery time. The products will only be handed over to you upon full payment in cash.
If you fail to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to JS MUSIC, we shall be entitled to:
cancel the Contract or suspend deliveries of the Goods until payment is made in full; and/or
charge the interest (both before and after any judgement) to you on the amount unpaid at the rate of one per cent (1.0%) per month until payment in full is made (a part of a month being treated as a full month for the purposes of calculating interest)
Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when you place your order. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on our delivery page and also when you place an order.
Delivery within Malaysia will be shipped via ABX Express or Poslaju, which typically have a delivery time of one to three working days.
Delivery outside Malaysia will be shipped via UPS or EMS, which takes 10-14 days, depending on which part of the world.
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a Shipping Confirmation email with shipping information and tracking numbers included. You can also find the tracking number by logging into your Account in the Website. With this tracking number, you can track the delivery status from the relevant carrier.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Free Shipping and/or any shipping rates and shipping destinations stated here may change from time to time, so we recommend that you check here for shipping information every time you make a purchase.
